Debare was discharged from the hospital after a week. Brian had secretly come to visit to see how Debare was doing. He debriefed Debareâs story, told him to rest, and focus on getting closer to Nikita. Brian didnât mention to Debare he had someone else working on the mission; a British operative that goes by the name, Vlad who was half Russian, half British. Heâs been working with the Parliament for a few years as a government contractor in the oil sector. Vlad had strong ties to the ministers.
Debare got ready to leave the hospital, looking over Nikitaâs address on his phone. A taxi was called to pick him up.
The faded sunâs rays burned his skin since it was his first time seeing daylight in a week. Debare put on his sunglasses and limped to the taxi. The driver took his luggage and placed in the trunk.
As they drove through Moscowâs neighbourhoods, Debare looked over his new messages. There was one from an unknown number that read, âI expect you - Nikita.â He smiled, knowing MI6 already knew the deal.
Twenty minutes had passed, and the taxi driver halted at Nikitaâs residence. Debare was amazed by the view and was ready to pay. The driver told Debare someone already took it care of. Before going inside, he checked out the surroundings of the high-class neighbourhood. There were mansions on every side of the street and the streets were clean. Debare put his bag on his shoulder and went up the steps.
âDonât forget to turn on your phoneâs interpreter,â texted Brian. He rang the bell twice before Nikita answered through the intercom. There were people laughing in the background.
âGood morning, mon amour?â
âMorning! Itâs Debare.â
âCome in!â She cut the line, and the gate buzzed open.
There was colourful flowers on each side of the patio and the floorâs tiles looked expensive. Loud music came from inside the house, and there were over a dozen guests walking around. As Debare made his way to the back, Nikita came with two men.
âDebare!â said Nikita holding a bottle of champagne. The men were looking strangely at Debare as he approached.
âWhatâs going on here?â
âOh, I mustâve forgotten to tell you!â She said placing her bottle on the table. âIâm hosting auditions today!â
âWhat kind of auditions?â questioned Debare, wondering if he should leave.
âOh, youâll see, mon amour. For now, drink some of this champagne with us. We are celebrating life!â
âIâm good. Iâm on duty.â
Nikita went back inside where all of her guests were chatting and laughing at something one gentlemen had said. Debare watched as they poured themselves glass after glass of champagne. Nikita appeared joyful, and some young girls entered the garden, dressed sexy, barely wearing anything. Debare put his hand over his mouth, wondering what is Nikita really into.
âYour names and ages, please.â Nikita spoke in English as she made herself comfortable, sitting down.
âMy name is Tanya, and Iâm 21 years old.â A tall slim girl with black hair, smiling. The girl nodded looking at the next.
âIâm Sonya, I turned 24 yesterday.
